Letter From Recruitment Chair

My name is Molly O’Malley and I am the current Recruitment Chair for Phi Mu Theta Delta at Spring Hill College. Recruitment is an exciting time of the year and I urge anyone with interest in Phi Mu Theta Delta or recruitment in general to browse our website or contact current members with any questions!

To me, Phi Mu always felt like a place I could call home. Each member is unique in her own way, but we all come together to form one common bond. You do not have to change to fit a certain mold, or conform to be a certain woman. The best part about this chapter is that we love every girl exactly the way she is! Each day we encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves. These are not woman that you become friends with for four years, but for life. Throughout my time as Recruitment Chair I hope to share our values of love, honor and truth and to continue bringing some rockin’ ladies into this chapter of Phi Mu Theta Delta.

I am the woman I am today because of this chapter, and I have my sisters to thank for that. I encourage anyone interested in recruitment to consider participating in spring recruitment here at Spring Hill College. Maybe you too will find a sisterhood that changes your life.
